Sue has worked in recruitment for many years and has seen the effect that it has on people when they are really enjoying their working lives. She works with people to develop their leadership skills, understand their impact on others, and bring more of themselves to work. Sue loves developing people and her warmth and enthusiasm help them to find the courage to make changes and take risks. She sees the uniqueness of every individual and stands tall for them, encouraging them to be as big as they can be. She is very visual and enjoys using metaphors in her coaching.

Ina S. Brackman

Ina's passion is to help and see people grow and develop; it makes her grow too! Being a typical "Norwegian kid", she loves the outdoors using natural resources and creativity to move and advance, like in sailing and skiing. Her experiences in nature have given her a deep knowledge about human progress, which she uses in her coaching and training.

After 12 years abroad in Switzerland, California and France for studies and work experience, she returned to Norway, worked as a sales manager in the computer business, until coaching "hit" her in 2001. She was trained as a co-active coach and certified by CTI (The Coaches Training Institute) in 2005. Working as and internal coach at Bergen Energi, the largest international energy broker company in Norway from 2001 – 2007, she got a lot of experience in coaching for performance in the competitive business world.

She is now working with teams and team leaders to enhance development, results and a feedback culture and to work better and smarter together. She coaches and leads workshops in Norwegian (in Denmark and Sweden as well), in English and in French.

Her clients say that her enthusiasm, positiveness and commitment to progress are contagious and that her coaching skills and charisma help them to make radical changes, so that they really get what they want!

Apart from meaningful work Ina enjoys a great life with family, friends and nature!

"Often people attempt to live their lives backwards. They try to have more things, or more money, in order to do more of what they want, so that they will be happier.
The way it actually works is the reverse; you must first be who you really are, then, do what you need to do, in order to have what you want."
